Bruce Trail
Of course one of the main attractions in the area
is the beautiful Bruce Trail and we are located
just a block away from the trail. Many of our
guests make a point of hiking to Lion’s
Head Lookout and the Gun Point Trail, said to
offer some of the most spectacular views on the
Bruce Peninsula. Whatever skill level you are,
we can provide you with trail maps; be sure to

Where to Eat
There are restaurants to satisfy any taste in
the area. In Lion’s Head Marydale’s
offers casual family dining, the Lion’s
Head Inn has great food with a pub atmosphere
and the Corner Convenience will
take you back to the 50’s and 60’s
with their countertop and bar stools. Just a short
drive from Taylor-Made B&B is Tamarac
Island Inn, in Stokes Bay, great food,
home like atmosphere and don’t miss the
Friday night rib special.
Don’t feel like going out? Why not order
a pizza in town and enjoy a quiet dinner on our
deck or in the dining room.
The Birds & The Bees
For a more relaxed day why not look for some of
the unique wildflowers and birds in the area.
Enjoy the numerous beautiful gardens in our region,
many of them open to the public, see .

Rock climbing is very popular on the Bruce Peninsula

Lighthouses on the Bruce Peninsula are a look
back at our history. You’ll need a whole
day to see all of them. Each one is beautiful,
well kept and as with everything here, have film
in your camera or nowadays, memory space available.

Fun in the Snow
We are still here when the snow flies, Taylor-Made
B&B is open all year and just 200 meters from
the snowmobile trail through Lion’s Head.
We’ll be here with a hot coffee, tea, or
bowl of soup when you get off the trail, a cozy
living room to put your feet up and swap trail
stories before retreating to a nice warm bed.
